Resolution Passes House

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

The RESOLUTION requesting that the German federal government recognize the rights of parents to home school their children; and for other purposes, was passed in the Georgia House of Representatives, yesterday.

This resolution was sponsored by Georgia Representatives Ed Setzler, Barry Loudermilk, David Casas, and Len Walker. German home educators and HSLDA staff contributed. We are so very grateful, to all of you, for this strong endorsement.

Plans are being made for Governor Sony Perdue to present this resolution to the Highländlers, at the state capitol.
